Overview
Ootien sells gluten-free, organic baked goods online. Rather than walk through an app, the film tells ordering as a small story: a man gets hungry at home, orders from ootien.com on his phone, a chef prepares the order, a rider sets off from the shop, a map traces the route, and the box arrives at his door. It closes on the Ootien gluten-free badge – the same mark shown in our logo collection.

Approach
How it was designed
- 01
The story follows the customer, not the product – each step of ordering is something he does, so the film explains the service without a single interface screen.
- 02
The shopfront wears the brand's green and red, so Ootien is recognisable in the street scenes before the logo ever appears.
- 03
The web address appears twice – in a speech bubble as he orders and on the shop sign – repeating the one thing a viewer needs to remember.
- 04
Simple characters with clear, readable poses keep the film light enough for social feeds and short enough to watch to the end.
