2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by a professional hosting provider. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical information (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, referrer). This data is required to deliver the website securely and is deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website).
3. Contact form and email
When you use our quote builder or email us, we process the details you provide (name, email address and – optionally – company, phone number, website, preferred start date, message and the services and options you selected) to respond to your request, send you your quote as a PDF by email and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (your consent, given by ticking the box in the form). Your data is stored for as long as necessary to handle your request and in accordance with statutory retention periods. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies. Technically necessary storage (for example, keeping your quote-builder answers while you fill it in) does not require consent. If we add marketing tools in the future, they will only run after you have given consent through a consent banner, and this policy will be updated.
5. Fonts and third-party content
All fonts are self-hosted; no requests are sent to third-party font providers. Videos and images are delivered from our own servers or content delivery network.
6. Data transfers
Personal data is processed within the European Union. Should service providers outside the EU be used, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) are in place.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@mraviko.com.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption for all connections to this website and apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in our services. The current version is always available on this page.
