Overview

Marstall Home rents furnished apartments in the heart of Kassel's old town for city breaks, workations and long stays. Every booking that comes through the site rather than a portal keeps its commission, so the site is built to close directly: apartments segmented by length of stay, walking times to the places guests actually ask about, a full amenity list, and an enquiry form and WhatsApp on every screen.

Deliverables

What was produced

  • 01

Homepage positioned on 'a place that feels like yours from the first evening'.

  • 02

Apartment types split by stay length – city break, workation, long-term.

  • 03

Amenity list, full photo gallery and an Instagram feed.

  • 04

Location section with walking times to the old town, Fridericianum, Karlsaue and the station.

  • 05

Pricing, FAQ and a direct enquiry flow with WhatsApp alongside.

Approach

How it was designed

  1. 01

Interior photography runs full-bleed and warm-lit – the emotional decision is made on the picture, not the amenity list.

  2. 02

Apartments are segmented by length of stay rather than by size, matching how a guest frames their own trip.

  3. 03

Walking times are given as numbers in a single band, answering the one question every city-break guest asks.

  4. 04

The enquiry route stays visible throughout, because a direct booking is worth materially more than a portal one.
