Overview
Klarprofil audits a business's Google reviews, identifies the ones that breach Google's content policy – fakes, competitor attacks, off-topic rants – and files them for removal through the official reporting channels. The site's job is to make a service people are sceptical of feel legitimate: it leads with a free check, shows the audit dashboard rather than describing it, prices transparently on a success-only basis, and states GDPR compliance up front.
Deliverables
What was produced
- 01
Bilingual (DE/EN) marketing site with a free review-check as the primary conversion path.
- 02
Product section showing the audit dashboard, Google reporting flow and live per-review status tracking.
- 03
Three-step process explainer, transparent success-based pricing and a customer testimonial wall.
- 04
FAQ and an SEO knowledge hub on Google review policy.
Approach
How it was designed
- 01
The hero shows the actual audit dashboard with a rating moving from 3.9 to 4.6 – the outcome, stated as a product screenshot rather than a claim.
- 02
'Payment only on success' is repeated at every decision point, because it is the objection-killer for a service that sounds too good to be true.
- 03
A clean blue-on-white system deliberately borrows the visual language of the Google tooling it works alongside.
- 04
A knowledge hub carries the organic search load for people researching whether review removal is even possible.
