Real numbers for landing pages, corporate websites, online stores and custom platforms – and what drives the price up or down.

Ask five agencies for a website quote and you'll get five very different numbers. That's not because someone is cheating you – it's because "a website" can mean almost anything. Here's what the price really depends on, with the ranges we see across the market in 2026.

Typical price ranges

Project typeTypical range (excl. VAT)Timeline
Landing page / one-pager€2,500 – €7,0001 – 3 weeks
Small business website (5–10 pages)€5,000 – €15,0003 – 6 weeks
Corporate website with CMS, multilingual€15,000 – €45,0006 – 12 weeks
Online store (Shopify / WooCommerce)€10,000 – €60,0006 – 14 weeks
Headless commerce / custom platform€40,000 – €200,000+3 – 9 months

Freelancers often sit below these ranges; large agencies above. We've positioned ourselves in the middle: senior people, fixed prices, no account-management layer.

What actually drives the price

1. Design effort

A template adapted to your brand is cheap. A custom design system with user research, prototypes and testing is not – but it's also what makes the difference between "looks fine" and "converts".

2. Content and structure

Fifteen page templates cost more than three. Multilingual doubles content work. Migrating 800 blog posts from an old CMS is a project in itself.

3. Integrations

CRM, newsletter, payment, ERP, booking, chat – every integration adds scope, testing and edge cases.

4. Technology choice

A custom WordPress theme is faster to build than a Next.js application with a headless CMS. Choose based on your needs, not on trend.

5. Who does what

Do you write the copy? Provide the photography? Handle legal texts? The more you bring, the lower the price – but be realistic about your team's time.

Hidden costs to budget for

  • Hosting & domains: €10 – €300 / month depending on stack and traffic
  • Licences: premium plugins, fonts, stock media
  • Maintenance: 10 – 20% of the project price per year is a healthy rule of thumb
  • Marketing: a website without traffic is a brochure in a drawer

How to get an accurate quote

  1. Write down your goals (leads, sales, applications) rather than features.
  2. List what exists today: brand, content, systems, photography.
  3. Share a budget range. It doesn't lock you in – it helps an agency propose the right scope instead of guessing.
  4. Ask for a fixed-price offer with a clear scope, milestones and what's excluded.

We publish our starting prices openly on our pricing page. If your project doesn't fit, tell us anyway – phasing a project is often the smartest way to start.
